Frequently Asked Questions

What age is it suitable for?

Kids Nerf Gun Wars is designed for children aged 6 years and over. The games are structured to be fun, exciting and suitable for a wide range of abilities.

How many children can play?

My Carshalton venue package can accommodate up to 28 children.

For mobile parties, I can cater for up to 28 children, depending on the size of the venue.

Can you come to my hall?

Yes! I offer mobile Nerf parties across Carshalton and the surrounding areas.

You'll need to book a suitable indoor hall, and I'll bring everything needed to create an unforgettable Nerf battle.

Please note: Booking a mobile party reserves my availability only. The availability of your chosen venue must be arranged and confirmed separately.

Are garden parties available?

Unfortunately not. My equipment and inflatables are designed for indoor venues only due to weather, safety and insurance requirements.

What happens if my child has additional needs?

Every child deserves to enjoy their party. If your child has any additional needs, please let me know when booking so I can make appropriate adjustments where possible. This may include reducing the music volume, switching off the disco lights, allowing extra time for instructions or adapting games to ensure everyone can take part and have fun.

How long does the party last?

The Nerf experience lasts 60 minutes and is packed with structured games, teamwork and challenges.

For mobile parties, I recommend hiring your venue for around 3 hours to allow time for setup, the Nerf session, food and cake, and pack away.

What should children wear?

Children should wear comfortable clothing and trainers suitable for running around indoors.

Please avoid:

  • Sandals or open-toe shoes

  • Crocs

  • School shoes

  • Dresses or restrictive clothing

The more comfortable they are, the more they'll enjoy the games!

Do parents stay during the games?

Parents are welcome to relax outside the hall while I run the session. I fully host and supervise the games from start to finish, allowing parents to enjoy a well-earned break. Parents are invited back into the hall at the end of the Nerf session for food, cake and celebrations. If a child requires one-to-one support or has additional needs, I ask that their parent or carer remains available throughout the party.
